- Your structure. Your offtake, debt, tax credit and ownership terms, not a generic template.
- A methodology memo. Written documentation of structure and key assumptions for your committee or lender.
- A user guide. Written for whoever on your team will run it next.
- Two revision rounds. Changes after you have tested it against your deal.
- Handover and support. A walkthrough for your team and 90 days of support after delivery.
How a build runs

Send the deal details; we reply with questions and a fixed-price proposal within two business days.
Start
50% upfront by invoice, and you share data and term sheets.
Build
First version in two to four weeks, depending on scope.
Deliver
Two revision rounds, final model and guide, balance due.
